Hello and welcome to Dajarra State School.

Our nearest major center is Mount Isa, which is 150km to the north. We currently have around 42 students that attend our school. Our classes consist of students from Prep to year 7. The school staff consists of 2 teachers, 5 Teacher aides, 1 administration officer, 1 cleaner, 1 grounds person and a principal.

Dajarra State School's students are recongised as a Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders. The school has strong links to the local community, the surrounding stations and mine. Dajarra State School was opened on the 23rd February 1920.
